The Four Nations Women's Football Tournament hosted by the Chinese FA was held from January 26 2007 to 30,2007, in Guangzhou. Women’s National teams of China, Germany, USA and England participated in this tournament. USA won the title with two draws and one win, followed by China, Germany and England.
