A winger, he showed his skills in the East Asian Football Championship 2008 preliminary competition in Macau in June 2007. He got registered as a defender before the competition but played right midfielder in a 3-5-2 formation. He created a lot of chances with his speed and well controlled right-footed crosses. His trademark is also his acrobatic play such as nutmegging the defenders.
