| Competition Format : |
| 1. |
Six (6) teams will take part in the Preliminary Competition. |
| 2. |
Six (6) teams will be divided in two groups of three teams each , play one round robin match and classification match (5/6th Place,3/4th Place,Final) |
| 3. |
The match fixture for the Preliminary Competition is decided by the East Asian Football Federation (EAFF) in cooperation with the Host Association. |
| 4. |
The top team of the Preliminary Competition is declared the winner and qualifies for the Final Competition. |
