EAFFパッションプレゼントについて
本企画は、EAFFクイズ運営事務局により運営されています。皆様にEAFF(EAST ASIAN FOOTBALL FEDERATION)についての見識を深めていただくことを目的とし、運営を行っています。本企画の目的、注意事項を十分ご理解いただいた上で、クイズにご参加いただきますよう、宜しくお願い申し上げます。
クイズ出題方法
●毎日１問クイズを出題します。
●クイズは、EAFFおよびEAFF加盟国に関する問題が出題されます。
クイズ概要
●facebook,twiterのアカウントでログインしてください。
●クイズに正解するとパッションポイントがもらえます。
●貯まったパッションポイントによってプレゼント応募が可能になります。
●プレゼント応募時はメールアドレスの登録を行って下さい。登録したメールアドレスに当選のご連絡をさせていただきます。
クイズプレゼント商品ついて
本企画のプレゼントは、EAFF試合球を予定しています。
注意事項
●「EAFFクイズ」（以下、本キャンペーン）のキャンペーン内容および賞品は予告なく変更される場合があります。
●当選に関する個別のお問い合わせに関して、お答えできません。
●当選者は、本権利を他人に譲渡したり、金銭と交換することはできません。
●当選者のご応募期間(賞品の送付先住所登録)は当選のご連絡から、7日間とさせていただきます。
●当選メール受け取り後、７日以内にお返事いただけない場合、当選が無効になりますので、ご注意下さい。
●当選された方には、運営事務局より（campaign@eaff.com）プレゼント応募時にご登録いただいたメールアドレスに賞品送付先登録フォームへのリンクをご連絡いたします。
●当選者は、賞品送付先登録フォームに、必要事項を入力してください。入力情報に不備がありますと、賞品を発送ができない場合がございますので、あらかじめご了承下さい。
個人情報の取り扱い
プレゼント応募時に取得したメールアドレスについて
取得したメールアドレスは、EAFFクイズ運営事務局が別途定める個人情報保護方針に従い厳正に取り扱うものとします。
当選者の氏名、住所について
また、当選者の方からいただいた氏名、住所情報の取得についても同様に弊社が別途定める個人情報保護方針に従い、厳正に取り扱うものとします。
免責事項
EAFFクイズ運営事務局は、本キャンペーン監視に、細心の注意を払っておりますが、いかなる保証もするものではありません。また、クイズサービスの提供あるいは中断、クイズ参加者によるサービスの利用によって発生した、いかなる損害に対しても一切責任は負いません。

About the EAFF Passion Prize
This project is managed by the EAFF Campaign Office with the intent of promoting deeper awareness of the EAFF (EAST ASIAN FOOTBALL FEDERATION). We hope that users will participate in this project with an understanding of its intent and rules.
Quiz Format
●One new question will appear every day
●All questions are related to the EAFF or EAFF Member Associations
Quiz Outline
●Log in with a Facebook, Twitter account.
●Answer questions correctly to receive Passion Points.
●Use Passion Points to apply for prizes.
●Register your email address when applying for prizes.Winning users will be contacted via email.
Prize Description
Winners will receive an official EAFF football.
Rules and Regulations
●The content and prizes of the EAFF Quiz (hereafter the Campaign) may be changed without notice.
●We cannot respond to individual inquiries regarding prize winners.
●Winners may not transfer their prize to a third party or exchange for money.
●The registration period to enter the shipping address must be done within seven (7) days after notification of the prize winning.
●Please note that the prize winning will be invalid if we do not hear anything within seven (7) days after notification.
●The EAFF Campaign Office (campaign@eaff.com) will contact winners with a link to the prize shipment form through the email address registered at the time of their application.
● Winners must fill out all required information in the shipment form in order for their prize to be shipped. In the event of incomplete submissions, the EAFF Campaign Office may be unable to ship prizes.
Handling of Personal Information
Email addresses collected through prize applications
All submitted email addresses are to be protected with the strictest of measures as determined by the EAFF Campaign Office’s policies on the handling of personal information.
Names, Addresses of Prize Winners
Similarly, the names and addresses of all prizes winners will also be protected with the strictest of measures as determined by the EAFF Campaign Office’s policies on the handling of personal information.
Disclaimer
While the EAFF Campaign Office is carefully monitoring the veracity of the Campaign, it makes no guarantee thereof. Additionally, the EAFF Campaign Office shall not be held responsible for any damages or faults which may arise from participating in the Campaign.
