The Mongolian Football Federation wrote a new page of history by successfully organizing the “Golden Ball” awards ceremony in 12 December 2015. In the Golden Ball awards, MFF summarizes the work accomplished through the year of 2015 with the male, female players and coaches of the year.

Drum thunder performance led the guests to the "Golden Ball" ceremony. As unwritten regulation, the Awards kicked off through playing the FIFA Anthem by Morin Khuur, which is the symbol of Mongolian traditional music instrument with long lasted history like a football match is kicked off by the FIFA Anthem and whistle.

MFF President Mr. Ganbaatar Amgalanbaatar made opening speech at the beginning. Mr.Ganbaatar said:

“Let’s replace the word ‘ME’ with WE from our vocabulary. From today, WE are going to make our future. It’s WE. ”.

Also, he highlighted : “The ball consists from many aspects like a dice. The development of Mongolian Football consists of players, coaches, fans, sponsors, government support and media etc. This is the TEAM sport. Let’s just make future TOGETHER. ”

The following 7 award winners had proved that best of the year:

- Referee of the Year – Mr.Khash-Erdene Bold (MFF Referee)

- Coach of the Year – Mr.Batnasan Dovdon and Mr. Battulga Zorigt (Erchim FC)

- GOAL of the Year – Mr.Garidmagnai Baysgalan (Selenge Press FC)

- Female player of the Year – Ms. Namuun Bayarsaikhan (Khad FC)

- Male player of the Year – Bayarjargal. Oyunbat (FC Ulaanbaatar)

- Eleven of the Year – Mr.Ariunbold Batsaikhan (Erchim FC), Mr.Tuguldur.Galt (Erchim FC), Mr.Gardimagnai Bayasgalan (Selenge Press FC), Mr.Enkhjargal Tserenjav (Erchim), Mr.Tsedenbal Norjmaa (UBU), Mr.Batbilguun Ganbaatar (Erchim), Mr.Bayarjargal Oyunbat (FC Ulaanbaatar), Mr.Tsend-ayush Khurelbaatar (UBU), Mr.Ulsbold Altanzul (Khoromkhon FC), Mr.Naranbold Byam-Osor (Khoromkhon FC) and Mr.Tumenjargal Tsedenbal (UBU)
