Bali: Korea Republic showed clinical finishing in their 12-0 win over Indonesia in their AFC U17 Women’s Asian Cup™ Indonesia 2024 Group A match, with Kwon Da-eun confident the East Asian side have turned a corner in the tournament.
The opening day 6-0 defeat to DPR Korea left the players disappointed with Kwon and her teammates determined to redeem themselves, leading to the goal-laden performance against Indonesia on Thursday.
“The first match, we should have done better but we got nervous before the start and thus we faced difficulties because of that,” said the 16-year-old. .....
