On Saturday, 19 June, 2004, the East Asian Football Federation summoned the following three meetings :



1. 9th East Asian Football Federation Executive Committee
(attended by Executive Committee Members serving the 2002-2004 term).
2. 2nd East Asian Football Federation Ordinary Congress.
3. 10th East Asian Football Federation Executive Committee
(attended by re-elected Executive Committee Members).

The following matters have been approved in the meetings.

(1) The following Executive Committee members were elected to serve the 2004-2006 term.

10th Executive Committee Meeting (First Meeting of New Members)

(1) The general outline of the EAFF U-14 Youth Championship was approved as follows.
