為備戰2015年11月12日作客對馬爾代夫和11月17日主場對中國的2018世界盃亞洲區外圍賽第二圈和2019亞洲盃外圍賽賽事，香港代表隊將於11月3日展開訓練及於11月7日主場與緬甸國家隊進行國際足球友誼賽。本會現公佈香港代表隊29人初選名單，決選名單將於稍後公佈。
