香港十五歲以下青年代表隊將會於2018年7月21日至7月29日參與在北京舉行的2018東亞足球聯盟15歲以下錦標賽。球隊被編入B組，屆時將會與韓國、朝鮮、關島及澳門爭奪小組出線資格。
