The East Asian Football Federation (EAFF) held its 63rd Executive Committee Meeting as follows:

The matters discussed and approved were as follows:

1. The Minutes from the 62nd EAFF Executive Committee Meeting held on 15 December 2019 in Busan was approved.

2. Activity Report
Activity report on EAFF Referee Programme 2020 was shared.

3. Report from the Task Force
EAFF Task Force reported on the financial situation and strategies for development of the EAFF Competitions.

4. Report from the Legal Committee
Amendment to the EAFF Statutes and legislation on the EAFF Regulations (Electoral Code, Disciplinary & Ethics Code, Organisation Regulations) were discussed.
