The East Asian Football Federation (EAFF) held its 14^th Ordinary Congress in Seoul, Korea Republic on 4 April 2026.

The matters were discussed in accordance with the Congress Agenda stipulated in the EAFF Statutes and matters discussed and approved were as follows;

(1) The minutes from the 6^th EAFF Extraordinary Congress held on 15 July 2025 in Suwon, Korea Republic was approved.
(2) The Statement of Accounts and the Auditor's Reports for the fiscal year 2025 were approved.
(3) The EAFF budget for 2026 was approved.
(4) Proposals made for amendments and alterations to the EAFF Statutes were approved.
(5) The Appointment of External Independent Auditors was approved.
(6) Mr. TASHIMA Kohzo to be conferred as an Honorary Member of the EAFF was approved.
(7) The activities for 2025 compiled in the EAFF Annual Activity Report 2025 were reported.
(8) The election of EAFF Office-Bearers was conducted and the following members were elected.
