Korea Women’s U15 national team successfully joined 2017 AFC U16 Women’s Championship after securing 4 wins in the qualifying round.
On September 5, Women’s U15 national team beat India 7-0 in the 4th qualifying match held in Weifang, China. The U15 national team beat Malaysia 13-0, North Mariana Islands 11-0 and Philippine 7-0 previously. In the 4 consecutive wins, Korea scored 38 goals and conceded 0 goals. Korea proceeded to the major tournament as a winner of group B.
Against India, Cho Ara (GK), An Sebin, Hwang Ahhyeon, Hwang Haemin, Jang Youbin, Kim Bomin, Kim Jimi, Han Dain, Lee Eunyoung, Lee Sooin and Chun Garam played in the starting line-up. Lee Jin, Cho Mijin, Kim Heyjeong stepped on the pitch as a substitute. ....
