Kuala Lumpur: Defending Thai League 1 champions Chiangrai United began their 2020 domestic campaign with a 1-1 draw against Samut Prakan City while in Cambodia, Preah Khan Reach Svay Rieng started their title defence with a resounding 5-1 victory over Soltilo Angkor.

Elsewhere, Hantharwady United remained perfect in Myanmar and things look increasingly good for Sydney FC in Australia despite the league leaders not playing over the weekend.

The league leaders in Guam, BOG Strykers, were not in action over the weekend, with the only games seeing U.O.G Tritons beating Sidekicks 2-1 to move off the bottom and LOA Heat easing to a 4-1 win over Guam Shipyard......
