The Englishman's current deal was set to expire after the FIFA Women's World Cup Australia & New Zealand 2023.
Under the new contract, Bell will also serve as an adviser for the various women's national teams and will hold regular meetings with youth national team coaches, the Korea Football Association said in a statement.
