The East Asian Football Federation (EAFF) held its 73rd Executive Committee Meeting in a hybrid format on 7 December 2023.

The matters discussed and approved were as follows;

(1) Minutes of the 72nd EAFF Executive Committee Meeting conducted on 31 October in Doha, Qatar was approved.

(2) Revised 2023 EAFF Budget was approved.

(3) 2024 EAFF Budget was approved.

(4) 2024 EAFF Competition Calendar was approved.

(5) Closure of the EAFF Hangzhou Office was approved.

(6) The proposal to hold the 12th EAFF Ordinary Congress and election of two vacant EAFF Executive Committee members on 30 March 2024 in Tokyo Japan was approved.

(7) The proposal to appoint Mr. Wang Ling-Hsiang from CTFA, as the Media Advisor to the EAFF President was approved.

(8) Updates on the Women’s EAFF E-1 Football Championship Preliminary Competition held in Zhuhai, China PR and Macau were reported.

(9) The proposal to have the EAFF secretariat Headquarters to be fixed in Tokyo, Japan and the President’s office to be set up in his/her country of residence was discussed.
