EAFF Competitions Committee, EAFF Women’s and Youth Football Committee and EAFF Technical and Development Committee Joint Meeting

RELEASE

The East Asian Football Federation (EAFF) held a joint online meeting with the Women's and Youth Football Committee, the Competitions Committee, and the Technical and Development Committee.

The matters discussed and approved were as follows:

(1) EAFF U-15 Women’s Championship 2024 Competition Format was discussed and approved.

The competition format was decided to divide 10 participating teams into 2 groups based on the FIFA Women’s World rankings as of March 15, 2024, with each group playing in a round-robin format.

The final decision on the match duration and the number of substitutions per match was delegated to the chairpersons of the Competitions Committee and the Technical and Development Committee.
