To Media from East Asian Region

• 1.Contact the national football association of your country/region with presentation of your media ID and obtain the ID and password to log into the AD application page in the EAFF official website, eaff.com
• 2.Download and fill in the Application for Media Accreditation form
• 3.Download and fill in the Request for Invitation for Visa Application form if you need our assistance for visa formalities
• 4.Submit the application form with your digital photo attached to the same football association by email no later than 5 January 2010
• 5.Check eaff.com to find out how to collect your accreditation which will be posted by the end of January 2010

To Media from Other Countries

• 1.Contact EAFF with presentation of your media ID and obtain the ID and password to log into the AD application page in the EAFF official website, eaff.com
• 2.Download and fill in the Application for Media Accreditation form
• 3.Download and fill in the Request for Invitation for Visa Application form if you need our assistance for visa formalities
• 4.Submit the form with your digital photo attached to EAFF Secretariat by email no later than 6 January 2010 (Email to: niizawa@jfa.or.jp)
• 5.Check eaff.com to find out how to collect your accreditation which will be posted by the end of January 2010
