The 16th EAFF Executive Committee meeting was held on Tuesday, 4 April 2006, in Seoul, Korea Rep. The following items were discussed/approved by the committee.
| (1) | Approval of the income and expenditure accounts for 2005 The total income of 815 million yen and the total expenditure of 650 million yen were confirmed and settled, and the balance to be carried forward to the next year, after tax, amounts to 108 million yen. |

| (2) | Approval of the budget and the activities for 2006 The estimated income was forecast at US$1,464,000 and the expenditure estimated to total US$2,025,000. The EAFF U-14 Festival will take place in July and the host FA, pending final confirmation, will be China PR. A friendly youth tournament with the ASEAN Football Federation is also planned. |

| (3) | The EAFF Ordinary Congress shall take place on 20 July in Beijing, China PR. | |
| (4) | The official website "eaff.com" shall be renewed. | |
| (5) | The Northern Mariana Islands FA received a response from FIFA. The committee agreed to extend cooperation for the promotion of the Northern Mariana Islands FA's admission to the AFC as an associate member. |
