The East Asian Football Federation (EAFF) held its 11th EAFF Ordinary Congress via online on 18 April 2023.

The matters discussed and approved in the meeting were as follows:

(1) Minutes of the 10th EAFF Ordinary Congress held on 1 April 2022 in Doha were approved.
(2) The Activities for 2022 compiled in the EAFF Annual Report 2022 were reported and approved.
(3) Statement of Accounts and the Auditor’s Reports for 2022 were reported and approved.
(4) The EAFF Budget for 2023 was approved.
(5) Proposal for amendments and alteration of the EAFF Statutes and EAFF Electoral Code were proposed and approved.
(6) The members of the following independent committees proposed by the Executive Committee were elected as follows:
