On August 31, the Korean national team, led by coach Uli Stileike, confirmed 25 players who will play in the exhibition match against Canada which will take place on November 11. Then 23 players from this squad will fight against Uzbekistan in the final round of AFC World Cup qualifying.

Uli Stileike announced the national team squad at the KFA saying “I selected 25 players for an internal competition. After the Canada game, we will confirm the final 23 men squad for the Uzbekistan game.”

There are noticeable changes in the fullback positions. There are 3 right back players including Park Jooho, Yun Sukyoung and Hong Chul. Kim Changsoo and Choi Chulsoon are selected for the left. Choi Chulsoon will wear the national team shirt for the first time since February 2013. Kim Changsoo and Park Juho also joined the team for the first time since last March.....
