The East Asian Football Federation (EAFF) held a Board of Directors meeting with the following schedule. The agenda and points of action were as below.

29th East Asian Football Federation Board of Directors meeting
Time: 5th September 2009 (Sat) 10am-12pm.
Venue: Kunlun Hotel (Beijing, China PR)

（1） Thanks to the members’ hard work and cooperation the Northern Mariana Islands Football Association was officially added as an AFC quasi-member on July 15th.

（2） The winners of the East Asian Football Championships 2010 Semi-final Competition and East Asian Women’s Football Championships 2010 Semi-final Competition were Hong Kong-China (men’s) and Korea Rep. (women’s) meaning those two teams have qualified to play in the finals competition.

（3） It is confirmed that the East Asian Football Championships 2010 Final Competition and East Asian Women’s Football Championships 2010 Final Competition will be played from 6-14 February 2010 in Tokyo.

（4） AFC Futsal Championships 2010 Qualifiers (East zone)
－Following the EAFF Futsal Championships 2009, the schedule needs to be confirmed and regarding the budget the finance committee will go over the numbers one more time.

（5） Due to the financial circumstances of 2009-2010 expenses of competitions have exceeded budgets and a special committee has been set up to take a second look at finances.

（6） The organization of friendly matches and tournaments between EAFF quasi-members was considered.

（7） A request from the Palau football association to become a quasi-member was received and more details will be requested from them ahead of the next Board of Directors meeting.

（8） 30,000USD will be donated to the Chinese Taipei relief fund as a result of the huge damage following the typhoon in August.

（9） The next Board of Directors meeting will be held in February 2010 during the EAFF final competition.
